Physical and/or physiological triggers are the easiest causes to attribute to ailments but most have their roots in one’s emotional and mental state.
At cellular level, we are ‘wired’ to heal ourselves naturally. Energy Healing brings this understanding to the forefront of our conscious awareness while literally providing healing energy at cellular level. Lessons to be learnt from the dis-ease and strength of intent to achieve healing is also an integral part of Energy Healing.
As a trained Energy Healer, I use a combination of energies to facilitate the healing process. Usui Reiki is the primary energy used, supplemented by various other energies.

DISTANT HEALING
As effective as hands on healing, requiring commitment of intent from recipient. Delivered as a combination of one phone chat plus one energy send, constituting one session. Number of sessions pre-agreed before commencement of first session, depending on extent of healing required.
HANDS-ON HEALING
As effective as distant healing, requiring commitment of intent from recipient. Delivered in person over several pre-agreed number of sessions. Recipient lies fully clothed on a massage table while physically receiving healing energy. Delivered as a combination of face-to-face chats plus hands-on healing, constituting one session.

After experiencing a few healing sessions, if you are keen to take healing into your own hands, literally, learn to permanently use Reiki for yourself and your loved ones.
